Overshoe Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are normally made by DHL, from us in Sweden. We are two guys and some friends making these overshoes, and sometimes we can’t keep up with orders. Our factory is small and works under high pressure. Whenever possible, we ship your order the next business day after you have received an order confirmation email.


Sweden – Normally 1-3 working days

Europe – Normally 5-7 days

Outside the EU and Europe – normally about 5-10 days depending on country and customs clearance

In the e-mail with your order confirmation you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.


Orders to countries in the EU are subject to VAT (included in price).

The Fred&Matt collection are covered by guarantee against all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We will fully cover any damage to your product caused by defects in workmanship or the quality of the material used. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage.

Overshoe Returns & Replacements

Contact us via the contact form and state your order number. We will help you getting a return adress label if you require one. We really appreciate it if you explain why you want to return or replace the product. Your information helps us making the products better.

We ask that you return the overshoes to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging and labels, within 14 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.

On return of your goods you may request replacement products, we will despatch these to you subject to availability. Your original order will be refunded and a new order placed this allows complete traceability of your orders.

Always contact us via the contact form before returning overshoes. We do not take responsibility for products lost in return shipping.


For Faulty or incorrect items please contact us via the contact form to arrange their return upon receipt we will either refund in full or despatch an alternative.

Payment & Pricing


The prices you see for the overshoes are stated in the currency for your selected market. You can use the country selector at the bottom of each page on the webshop to change country and thereby currency. Available countries and currencies are;

  • EU – EUR
  • US – USD

Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout step and are not included in the stated price for the products.


We accept credit cards such as VISA, Eurocard and Master Card. Credit card payment is made in collaboration with DIBS.  DIBS Payment Services is the leading Scandinavian Internet service provider. The company is the result of a merger in 2006 between DIBS A/S and DebiTech AB. Today DIBS serve more than 8.500 customers from our offices in Copenhagen, Aalborg, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. Payment by invoice is provided in cooperation with our partner Klarna. If you choose Klarna as your payment method you will receive the product at home and a credit time of 14 days. Please observe that when you choose to pay by Klarna, delivery- and invoice address must be the same as your registered address. By choosing this payment method, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna. For Klarna Invoice payment we charge € 2,49 extra. Please observe that it is very important that payment is made to the bank account stated at the invoice.


By choosing to pay by invoice an instant message is given if the credit has been approved and the purchase can therefore be handled directly. The performed credit check is based on your data, therefore it is important to enter your information truthfully and as complete as possible. To use Klarna, you must be 18 years or older. If the purchase by invoice is denied it is possible to choose an alternative payment method or contact us at hello@fredandmatt.com.


Through our partner Klarna we can offer the possibility to part payment with Klarna Account. Part pay from 1/24 of the order amount it is always possible to pay the total remaining sum. An announcement fee of is charged for each monthly invoice.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, but would like to change to part payment, this is always possible. Make a part payment with the information on your invoice or contact Klarna for more information.

Klarna Invoice and Klarna Part payment is only available in the countries: Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Force Majure

Fred&Matt is not liable for any damage as a result of a delay in the delivery or a failure to deliver that has been caused by circumstances that impede the Seller from complying with its obligations and that cannot be attributed to the Seller because they cannot be blamed on the Seller and cannot be deemed to be for the Seller’s account in accordance with the law, a legal act or in accordance with generally accepted standards, such as – but not limited to – war, threat of war, civil war, riots, a day of national morning announced by the government, strikes, transport problems, trade limitations, problems with customs authorities, fire, flooding or earthquakes, or the bankruptcy of third parties engaged by the Seller, a failure on the part of the Seller’s suppliers to supply goods or a failure on the part of the Seller’s suppliers to supply goods in a timely manner, interruptions in the supply of goods to be delivered by third parties, including water and electricity, and other serious interruptions in the business operations of the Seller or third parties that it engages.
